About Push Security
Push Security is the secure enterprise browser extension built for the AI era. Founded by red team and blue team experts, Push combines high-fidelity browser telemetry, real-time control, and autonomous agents to stop advanced attacks, secure AI usage, harden identities, and prevent data loss — all from your users’ existing browsers, no migration required.
Role Overview
We’re searching for a Technical Support Engineer who will thrive in a modern cybersecurity startup. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team focused on helping customers deploy, troubleshoot, and get the most out of our product. The platform protects employees from phishing and identity-based attacks and integrates deeply with browsers, identity providers, and SaaS apps. You’ll be the front line for technical questions - diagnosing issues, explaining integrations, and ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding to day-to-day use.
What you'll do
Respond to customer technical queries via chat, email, and video calls
Troubleshoot integration issues involving browsers, identity providers, and APIs
Isolate defects to the failing layer (the extension, the browser, the IdP, the customer's MDM, or our backend) and give engineering reproducible bug reports
Participate in the on-call rotation
Contribute to the knowledge base and customer guides based on issues you resolve
Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and solutions engineering, and share customer insights to improve the product
What we're looking for
3+ years of technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering experience for SaaS or security products
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, and authentication)
Working knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, and authentication)
Familiarity with endpoint management on Windows and/or macOS
Experience using browser dev tools to investigate client-side issues
Basic SQL and log investigation skills, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly
Some scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and comfort using AI coding tools to read, modify, and troubleshoot code
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when explaining technical topics
A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving in a startup environment

We use an AI notetaker to record, transcribe, and summarize interviews so your interviewer can stay focused on you rather than on typing. The recording and summary are used only by the hiring team involved in this role, are stored in our applicant tracking system, and are not used to make an automated hiring decision — a person reviews everything. If you'd prefer we don't record, just let us know before the call or tell your interviewer at the start, and we'll turn it off. It won't affect your candidacy.
