Why is Microsoft 365 MFA data not available yet in Push?

If you've completed an integration with Microsoft 365 and are not yet seeing MFA data for your employees in the Push admin console, it may be due to the type of Microsoft license you have.

Some data in Microsoft 365 is only available on higher license tiers. Although data is usually available immediately, it can take hours, days, or even a week after upgrading your license to see MFA adoption data in Push.

Push checks once an hour for data provided via API integration, however, we don't control when Microsoft will make this data available after a license change. If it's been more than a week after you updated your license and you still don't see data in Push, let us know so we can help.
