How frequently does Push refresh ‘Last seen’ data for employee browsers?

In the Push admin console, you can see when an employee browser was Last seen. This data is provided by the Push browser extension, which checks in about every 30 minutes whenever the enrolled browser profile is open.

The browser profile does not have to record any activity for this checkin to occur. It just needs to be opened, and can be idle in the background.

If an enrolled browser has not been seen in 90 days, the Push extension will unenroll itself, which disconnects the browser from the user in the Push platform. The user remains licensed, however, until an administrator unlicenses them. Learn more in our documentation.
