Does the Push admin console support SAML login?

Yes. The Push admin console can be configured to work with your SSO provider so that Push administrators can log in using SAML.

SAML configuration requires some setup by your team and by the Push team.

We’ll provide you with:

  • Push’s ACS URL, entity ID, and metadata URL

  • A Push logo pack for your SSO app catalog

  • User attribute mappings you’ll need to configure in your identity provider

You’ll need to provide us with:

  • Your SSO sign-in URL

  • Your X.509 signing certificate as a file or a metadata URL containing these details

To get the process started, contact our support team or work directly with your account representative.

Note: If your organization already has a Push tenant set up with SAML and you attempt to create a new tenant, you will see an error message: “Your organization already has an existing tenant and it is connected with SSO.” Work with your organization’s Push administrator if you need to be added to the admin team.
