Why do I see an error when trying to log into the Push admin console?

If you see an error when trying to access the Push admin console, there are two potential causes for this:

  1. You are using the same email address you normally use to access the admin console, but are using a different login method. For example, if you try to use a social login when you usually use a username and password for that email address, or if you use a username and password when you normally use a social login. If you would like to change the way you log in to the admin console, contact support.

  2. Rarely, there could be an outage. Check the Push status page for information.
