You're seeing this page because you have added a Microsoft 365 platform to an initiative but we can't see any data for your directory. Here are the common causes:
You've recently added a new license that should expose data
Some data in Microsoft 365 is only available to those on higher license tiers. If you've previously seen an error page from us saying you need a different license, and after doing that you're now seeing this page, hold tight, things should update soon.
Since we aren't getting a license error anymore, it seems you have applied the license correctly. However, some reporting from Microsoft can take hours, or even days to become available.
We'll keep trying to update your data and will let you know when it's available. If you're still seeing this page after 5 days of your license change, get in touch.
